It’s great but if you don’t love yourself and learn to take care of yourself no one is going to be able to make you happy. I very strongly believe in the philosophy of loving yourself. You need to love every bit of yourself to honestly give back to your career and life! If one is satisfied, one becomes a better person and is more willing to give.

All these years, in the hustle of everyday life, I had forgotten to love me. I was inspired by my mother and that is when I hit upon the name of my fitness DVD, ‘Baby Love Yourself’. Nothing or no one can make you as happy as you prefer to make yourself. When I launched my DVD, something in me changed. It’s been two years and something about me has changed since then. I’ve started loving myself and respecting myself more. I am not okay with people who try to put me down and make me feel small. This name was God-given. I was looking for a name and it gave me direction."
Touching on the topic of love and marriage she smiles and says “I can proudly say that I make a fantastic girlfriend and will make a fantastic wife.”
She adds, “I’m a giver and I like myself this way. If I could give some happiness to people and share the benefit, then I would think I’ve done something good in my life. When I was younger, I used to give and expect back but now when I give, I don’t expect anything!”
When speaking about her stay in Sri Lanka she said she has “been quite relaxed” and was just after a “yummy dish of fish.” She added that she had just finished work on her new fitness DVDs which include some challenging workouts both for the ladies as well as for the gents.
When asked about her work and her life she confidently replies “acting is my profession but that does not make it my life.”
She says if she could take one thing from Sri Lanka and share it with the people of India it would be the beach! “I am a beach bum, so I would love to take back the clean beaches."
With a career spanning over a decade Bipasha is certainly a force to be reckoned with. Her passion for staying fit and a clear vision with what she wants to do in life. Bipasha has no intention of holding back!
